As a brand-new community, Nostalgia has no track record of its own yet. Across southeast Calgary, summer and Stampede are the busiest weeks and November and February the quietest, and we’d expect the same here.
Before you list in Nostalgia
- Every short-term rental in Calgary needs a City of Calgary business licence in the owner’s name, and the licence number has to appear on the listing. We help with the application.
- A secondary suite you rent to guests must be a legal, registered suite. If yours isn’t registered yet, sort that out first; we’re happy to talk it through.
- Nearby construction can affect reviews. We’ll mention it honestly in the listing so guests know what to expect.

Should I wait until construction nearby is finished?
Not necessarily. Guests mind noise and dust more than cranes on the skyline. We’ll describe the area honestly in the listing and set pricing accordingly, and you can start whenever you’re ready.
