We build and publish your Airbnb listing at no charge.
Neither plan includes repairs and maintenance. Snow removal, lawn mowing and other upkeep can be arranged, quoted per home. Prices in Canadian dollars. Our fee is a percentage of each booking’s payout, excluding cleaning fees and taxes, paid by Airbnb. Any upkeep we arrange is paid to us by e-Transfer or cheque. Any GST that applies is set out in your agreement.

Questions owners ask us
Do you ever touch my money?
No. Airbnb pays your payouts straight to you, and pays our fee to us through its co-host payout settings. You only pay us directly for upkeep you ask us to arrange, by e-Transfer or cheque.
Which plan should I choose?
Both plans include guests, pricing, cleaning coordination, an inspection after every clean and a monthly walk-through. All-inclusive (13%, then 18%) adds the 15 guest supplies, kept stocked by us. Standard (10%, then 15%) suits owners who’d rather stock supplies themselves.
What isn’t included?
Repairs and maintenance: those stay with you and your trades, and nothing is fixed without your approval. Upkeep like snow removal or lawn mowing can be arranged at a quoted price. Guest supplies are included on the All-inclusive plan; on Standard, you stock them.
What if something breaks during a stay?
We look after the guest and tell you right away; you arrange the repair. The City also requires a 24/7 emergency contact posted in the home.
Who does the cleaning?
Our cleaning teams, or yours if you have cleaners you like. We inspect every clean, and you see the photos in BowReady. You pay the cleaners and keep the cleaning fee guests pay.
How do you set prices?
With PriceLabs, which adjusts each night’s rate for season, demand and events like Stampede. You set limits, such as a minimum price. We pay for PriceLabs.
You host your own homes nearby. Will they compete with mine?
Yes, the same way every other listing on Airbnb does, and fairly. Every home, ours or yours, gets its own PriceLabs settings and the same care, and guests choose on Airbnb. We never steer a guest from one home to another.
Will my home be booked all year?
Probably not evenly. Our own homes were quieter in November and February. PriceLabs lowers rates in slow weeks, but bookings vary month to month, and we don’t guarantee income.
Do you take longer stays?
Yes, up to 180 nights, the longest stay a Calgary short-term rental licence covers. Our own homes average about 7.6 nights a stay. Check that your insurance covers longer stays too.
Do I need a licence and insurance?
Yes, both in your name: a City of Calgary short-term rental business licence (we help with the application), and insurance that covers short-term rentals. A standard home policy often doesn’t.
How do you stop parties and damage?
Guest screening, a clear occupancy limit, and a noise sensor that alerts us early. No cameras inside, ever. If a guest does damage something, we send you photos and help you claim through Airbnb.
Can I still use my home?
Yes. Block any dates you like. We just ask for a couple of weeks’ notice in busy seasons.
Why only Airbnb?
One calendar, one set of reviews and no double bookings. And because we co-host on your own account, everything stays in your name.
What if I want to leave?
Give us 30 days’ notice, any time. There’s no minimum term. Your listing and reviews never left your account, and we hand every future booking straight back to you.
