Once a month we visit your home in person and check it room by room. You get this report by email, with photos of anything we flag.

What happens next

  • You acknowledge each finding by replying to the report, and can add a note for us.
  • For anything marked Needs repair, you choose who fixes it and what it costs. We let your trades in and check the work on the next visit.
  • If a Needs repair finding hasn’t been acknowledged after 3 days, we send you a reminder.
