These terms cover your use of bowlinecohosting.ca and the BowLine Co-Hosting owner portal. The co-hosting service itself is governed by the separate co-hosting agreement each owner signs.
Figures on this site
Performance figures on this site come from homes we own and operate, not from client homes, and each shows the date it applies to. Fee examples are illustrations. None of them is a forecast or guarantee of what any home will earn; results vary by home, season and market.
What we do and don’t do
We co-host Airbnb listings that owners hold in their own name. Owners receive all payouts, hold the City of Calgary short-term rental licence, pay cleaners directly, arrange and pay for repairs, and carry insurance that covers short-term rental. Maintenance and repairs are the owner’s responsibility. Airbnb pays owners directly and pays our co-hosting fee through its co-host payout settings; we never hold guest payments or owners’ payouts. The listing setup fee and any upkeep we arrange are paid to us directly by e-Transfer or cheque.
Owner portal
Portal access is for the owners of the linked homes. Keep your sign-in to yourself. Former owners keep read-only access for 12 months.
Liability
This website is for general information. We work to keep it accurate, but we don’t promise it’s complete or up to date. Each party’s responsibilities and liability for the co-hosting service are set out in your co-hosting agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
