How much does coaching cost?
It depends on what you’d like help with. We’ll talk it through first, and agree what the coaching covers and any cost before anything is booked.
Do I need to be in Calgary?
No. We coach by video call wherever you are. If you’re around Calgary, we’re happy to meet in person. Some of what we know, like Calgary’s licence rules, is local, so if you’re elsewhere, check your own city’s rules too.
Can you tell me how much my home will earn?
No. We share what has worked on the homes we own and run, but we don’t forecast anyone’s earnings. Results vary by home, season and market.
Will you try to sell me co-hosting?
No. Coaching is for people who want to run their own listing. If you later decide you’d rather hand it off, and your home is in our service area, just ask.
